- All orders are dispatched with full tracking.
- Standard products ship in 3–5 working days, while custom or made-to-order items (such as floor beds) may take longer.
- Delivery windows are shown on each product page or in the checkout
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to courier delays.
- Some products are made in different workshops and therefore may arrive separately e.g. mattresses
- We send regular updates on the progress of your order during production.
